Please note, this does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Please note that space is very limited in my practice. At this time, I have intermittent availability for medication management/brief consultations, however no availability for therapy cases. I am only able to guarantee availability if I have previously confirmed this with a referring provider.
What can I expect as a new patient?
After receiving your initial request, Dr. Hughes will contact you to set up a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine whether my services align with your needs. From there, we will schedule a 45 minute initial evaluation.
Most patients will be seen on a weekly basis, for 45 min appointments. Please see My Practice for more information.
